This lot comprises two clear lead crystal figural groups, attributed to the Italian manufacturer Royal Crystal Rock (RCR) from the Capri collection. Each piece depicts a lioness with her young. The first group features a lioness in a seated position with a single cub at her feet, set on an integral circular base with a frosted and textured rock-effect finish. The second group depicts a lioness with two cubs, positioned on a polished circular base with a geometric frosted pattern on the reverse representing blocks of ice or stone. Both items are crafted from pressed clear lead crystal glass. No maker marks or labels are visible on either piece.
