An assortment of decorative porcelain and ornamental objects, featuring a large pierced-work basket in the style of Meissen or Dresden floral-encrusted wares. The basket is decorated with applied polychrome floral elements to the exterior and a hand-painted floral spray to the interior centre. The collection also includes a polished wooden display stand with inlaid floral marquetry and four brass-tone feet. A twin-handled ceramic jardiniere is present, featuring a scalloped rim and a hand-painted pastoral landscape scene. Also included is a tall, slender Art Nouveau-style vase in a matte pale blue finish with a hand-painted purple tulip, and a porcelain figural group depicting a female figure in a crescent-shaped floral vessel accompanied by a swan. Completing the lot are a circular sunflower-patterned trinket box and several items of costume jewellery, including a poppy-shaped brooch and a small figural pin. No maker’s marks are clearly visible on the items.
