A hand-blown art glass vessel of bulbous, squat form, produced by Watra under the Alicjaglass brand in Poland. The piece is fashioned from opaque white opal glass and features a short, wide cylindrical neck, a form often associated with lamp shades or fitters. The exterior of the neck carries an original manufacturer’s label stating Watra within a central oval, Alicjaglass to the left, and Hand-made in Poland to the right. Visible manufacturing features include occasional small air bubbles and minute surface pits, which are characteristic of hand-worked glass.
