A tall, white glass decorative vase featuring a slender, tapering neck and a bulbous lower body. The piece stands on a short, circular gilded foot and terminates in a flared rim. The main decorative motif is situated on the bulbous body, consisting of a gilded rococo-style scrollwork cartouche which frames a four-petaled floral motif. The interior of this cartouche is decorated with a fine maroon-coloured crackle effect. The exterior is further detailed with small gilded rosettes and dot patterns. Substantial gilded bands are present at the rim, the junction between the neck and the bulbous base, and the foot. No maker’s marks or factory stamps are visible.
