A small hand-blown studio glass vase, featuring a bulbous body tapering to a narrow neck with a wide, flared disc rim. The piece is crafted from vibrant turquoise-teal glass and is decorated with internal vertical stripes and swirls of sea-foam green and yellow, creating an optic ribbed effect. The rim displays a concentric swirl of these accent colours. The thick-walled glass contains minor internal seed bubbles characteristic of handmade studio production. The colour palette and form are highly characteristic of Mediterranean-inspired studio glass produced in the late 20th century, particularly resembling pieces from Mdina Glass or Isle of Wight Glass. No signatures, maker’s marks, or labels are visible.
