A collection of numismatic items comprising commemorative coins and medals from the United Kingdom and United States. The group includes a UK five-pound (£5) commemorative crown-sized coin with a Winston Churchill portrait and the inscription NEVER IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN CONFLICT WAS SO MUCH OWED BY SO MANY TO SO FEW. Also present is a colourised Churchill commemorative medal with a Union Jack background. Royal commemoratives include a gold-plated medal for the 2011 wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton featuring a colourised photographic portrait, and a large gold-plated medal bearing the Latin legend MAGNAE BRITANNIAE ET HIBERNIAE SEPTENTRIONALIS REGNUM UNITUM with four heraldic shields.
