A collection of approximately 18 UK release 7 inch vinyl singles by the British rock band Queen and lead singer Freddie Mercury, primarily dating from the late 1970s and 1980s. The lot features an assortment of singles in original picture sleeves including Breakthru (1989), The Invisible Man (1989), I Want It All (1989), A Kind of Magic (1986), The Miracle (1989), Scandal (1989), and Who Wants to Live Forever (1986). A notable inclusion is a limited edition yellow vinyl 7 inch picture disc for No-One But You (Only the Good Die Young) / Tie Your Mother Down (1997), presented in a clear PVC sleeve with a yellow card insert.
Solo recordings by Freddie Mercury include The Great Pretender (1987) in a picture sleeve and Barcelona (1987) with Montserrat Caballé. The collection also contains singles in generic EMI company sleeves such as Another One Bites the Dust (1980), I Want to Break Free (1984), and Radio Ga Ga (1984). The records predominantly bear the EMI label. Several sleeves retain vintage retail stickers from Track Records and other fluorescent promotional price tags.
