The top is fitted with a knurled cap and a fixed suspension ring, while the tip is tapered to a fine point. The manicure tools consist of a nail file and a cuticle pusher. Both implements feature handles made from a brown and amber mottled plastic in imitation of tortoiseshell, likely celluloid. The steel tools are secured to the handles with decorative metal ferrules.
