A collection of four textured cloth-bound binders designed for partwork series magazines. The set includes two brown binders for The Musicals Collection, gilt-stamped on the spines and numbered Nos. 1 – 39 and Nos. 40 – 75. Accompanying these are two green binders for Jazz Greats, gilt-stamped on the spines and numbered Nos. 1 – 39 and Nos. 40 – 80. The volumes are bound in a standard quarto format, intended to hold individual magazine issues within internal mechanisms. The spines feature vertically oriented gilt lettering. No publisher, author, or specific publication dates are visible on the exterior cloth. One of the green volumes retains an integrated green silk ribbon marker.
