A collection of six static display model steam locomotives from the Great British Locomotives partwork series, published by Amercom. Each model is constructed from die-cast metal with plastic detail components and is mounted upon a black plastic display plinth with an integral printed identification label. The collection includes the following models: 1825 Stockton and Darlington Locomotion No. 1 in black and grey; 1886 Caledonian Single 4-2-2 No. 123 in blue Caledonian Railway livery; 1928 GWR 4575 class No. 5542 tank engine in green Great Western Railway livery; 1936 LNER V2 2-6-2 No. 4771 Green Arrow in apple green LNER livery; 1936 LNER J39 0-6-0 No. 1856 in black LNER livery; and 1952 LMS/BR 2MT 2-6-2T No. 41302 tank engine in black British Railways livery with emblem. Each item remains in its original factory-sealed clear plastic blister packaging. The models are produced to approximately 1:160 scale.
