This lot consists of an assortment of vintage workshop, household, and optical items. Included is a leather-cased surveyor’s tape measure with a central brass winding mechanism marked for Rabone and Sons, Birmingham, England. Also present is a Paterson Illuminated Pocket Viewer for 2×2 and Bantam slides, housed in its original red and blue cardboard box, manufactured by R.F. Hunter Ltd. of London. The collection includes a vintage brass blowlamp with pump handle and burner assembly, a wooden-bodied plane or spokeshave with a brass plate marked Saxony, and two miniature wooden barrels, the larger of which features a brass shield-shaped plaque with an engraved script monogram. Additional items include a pair of nutcrackers with textured metal heads and yellow composite handles, a wooden shoe last, a combination square, a pair of dividers, a vintage safety razor, and a hand-grip exerciser. A modern white and black digital electronic device, likely a golf rangefinder, is included within a black semi-rigid zipped carrying case. The lot is completed by a wide leather belt featuring a large polished brass terminal plate and buckle.
