A mid-20th-century decorative sculpture of an eagle in flight, cast in brass. The figure is rendered with outstretched wings and detailed feathering, mounted on a textured rocky outcrop. The entire piece is set upon a circular black marble plinth. No artist signatures or foundry marks are visible. The brass surface shows a variegated aged patina, with darker tones in the recessed areas of the casting. The construction is solid cast metal. No maker’s marks or edition numbers are present on the sculpture or the base.
