A large-scale horizontal relief panel featuring a decorative arrangement of various musical instruments including a guitar, a violin, a lyre, a small harp, multiple brass horns, a drum, and a scroll of sheet music with notation. The work is constructed from a molded composite material with a polychrome and faux-gilded surface finish intended to simulate aged wood and patinated metal. Stylistically, the piece reflects a 20th-century revival of Classical decorative themes. The relief is mounted onto a flat rectangular backing board. An illegible inscription in cursive script is located on the scrolled element situated below the guitar.
