A set of four UK silver Maundy coins dated 1895, comprising the fourpence, threepence, twopence, and one penny denominations. Struck in .925 sterling silver, the obverse of each coin features the veiled head or Old Head portrait of Queen Victoria, with the Latin legend VICTORIA DEI GRA BRITT REGINA FID DEF IND IMP. The reverse of each coin features a crowned numeral indicating the denomination within an oak wreath, with the date 1895 split by the numeral. The set is presented in a black folding display wallet from The Westminster Collection, which includes a paper identification insert.
