This collection of twenty pieces of Royal Albert bone china is decorated in the Old Country Roses pattern. The decorative scheme features transfer-printed clusters of deep red, pink, and yellow roses with green foliage. Each item is finished with the pattern’s signature heavy gold-sponged scalloped rims. The assortment includes a large circular serving plate with eared handles, dinner plates, a baluster-form vase with a flared rim, a lidded heart-shaped trinket box, a miniature handled basket dish, two miniature shoe ornaments, salt and pepper shakers of varying sizes, and small circular pin dishes or butter pats. The base of the items carries the official backstamp with pink script reading Old Country Roses and green capital letters stating ROYAL ALBERT, BONE CHINA, ENGLAND, accompanied by a small floral rose motif.
