Another Great Auction
A set of three vintage nesting side tables in the Rococo Revival style, likely dating to the mid-20th century. Each table features an inset rectangular onyx top, highly figured with natural veining in variegated shades of deep red, ochre, cream, and pale green. The tops are secured within decorative cast metal borders with repeating scroll and shell patterns. The frames are constructed from gilt metal and feature ornate foliate-molded aprons. The tables are supported by slender cabriole legs with acanthus leaf molding at the knees, terminating in scrolled feet. A small white adhesive inventory label with the digits 4858 is present on the surface of the largest table. No manufacturer marks or signatures are visible on the frames or tops.
