Another Great Auction
A vintage novelty brooch designed as a golf bag containing various clubs. The piece is constructed from silver with a characteristic dark aged patina. The main body and shoulder strap are pavé-set with faceted marcasite stones. Three horizontal bands of black inlay, likely onyx, accent the neck and base of the bag. The reverse is fitted with a pin and a rollover safety catch. Indistinct markings are present on the reverse of the club heads and near the base, though they are not clearly legible.
