Another Great Auction
A collection of various vintage decorative and advertising objects. The group includes a metal ice bucket featuring a red and black Bollinger Extra label. Advertising ceramics comprise a white ceramic pitcher for Bell’s Scotch Whisky with the slogan Afore ye go, attributed to Wade, and a small ceramic barrel decorated with blue horizontal bands and marked GIN, fitted with a metal dispensing tap. The lot features several timepieces, including a novelty desk clock in the form of a woman in a yellow coat and black hat with a dial marked Technitron DATA, a Cameo alarm clock with an oval dial and floral border, and two cased folding travel clocks by makers Europa and Allander. Additional items include a pair of cut-glass candlesticks with faceted columns and square bases, and a vintage yellow Player’s Digger Flake tobacco tin.
