A Swatch Irony Aluminium chronograph wristwatch, model YCS106, also known as Sky Court, produced as a special edition for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. The watch features a blue sunray dial with three black sub-dials, yellow and orange chronograph hands, and a date aperture at the 4 o’clock position. The dial is decorated with the Sydney 2000 Olympic logo and mascot, and is marked swatch SWISS and © SWATCH AG 1998. The aluminium bezel is engraved with the text SYDNEY 2000 OLYMPIC GAMES. The aluminium case houses a Swiss quartz movement with four (4) jewels. The reverse of the case is marked BATTERY 9.5 x 3.6 1.55 V, swatch® IRONY, ALUMINIUM, PATENTED WATER-RESISTANT, FOUR (4) JEWELS, and SWISS MADE. The watch is fitted with its original blue textured leather strap, the interior of which is embossed with Olympic years ranging from 1972 to 1996, and is secured by a branded aluminium pin buckle.
