Another Great Auction
This collection comprises three mid-century vintage manual wind wristwatches. The first is a Swiss-made Medana wristwatch featuring a 15-jewel manual movement. The cream-coloured dial is configured with luminous Arabic numerals, a rail-track minute outer ring, and a central red sweep seconds hand. It is signed MEDANA, 15 JEWELS, ANTIMAGNETIC, and SWISS MADE. The watch is housed in a chrome-plated base metal case with a steel back and is fitted to a worn black leather strap. The second watch is by Onward, featuring a heavily patinated silvered dial with a date aperture at the 3 o’clock position. The dial displays alternating Arabic numerals and baton hour markers, signed ONWARD and 21 JEWELS. It is set within a gold-tone case on a two-tone expansion link bracelet. The third is a Swiss Felca Nivaflex wristwatch with a 21-jewel manual wind movement. The silvered dial features Arabic hour numerals at even intervals and pointed baton markers, signed FELCA, 21 JEWELS, and NIVAFLEX WATERPROOF. It is presented in a chrome-plated case on a stainless steel expansion link bracelet.
