A set of four individual vintage black and white photographic prints depicting artistic studies of the female nude. These works reflect the aesthetic of the Art Deco period, circa 1920s to 1930s, featuring models with finger-wave hairstyles and decorative accessories including headbands and an armlet. The compositions include a model reclining against a diamond-lattice backdrop, a crouched fetal pose on draped fabric, a seated semi-reclined pose with elevated legs, and a horizontal floating pose. The tonal range and texture are consistent with silver gelatin or photogravure printing processes of the early 20th century. The collection is divided into two pairs for presentation; one pair is set in tan-coloured mounts and the second pair in dark charcoal-grey mounts. All mounts feature hand-drawn ink border lines around the image windows. Each print is housed in a simple, light-finished timber frame under glass. No signatures or studio marks are visible on the prints or the exposed portions of the mounts.
