This lot comprises a collection of commemorative ceramics and glassware, with a primary focus on items celebrating the Denby Dale Pie tradition of West Yorkshire. The ceramic items include several commemorative plates: a 1964 plate featuring a black transfer-printed design with historical pie dates and a gold-tone rim; two 1988 Bicentenary plates with blue transfer-printed decoration depicting a landscape with a large pie; and a 2000 millennium plate titled Biggest Yet! with multi-coloured transfer-printed scenes.
