A vintage mid-20th-century gentleman’s Avia Aviamatic wrist watch. The watch features a gold-plated base metal case housing a circular silvered sunburst dial. The dial is set with applied gold-tone baton hour markers, a date aperture at the 3 o’clock position, and gold-tone hands with a central sweep seconds hand. The dial is marked AVIA -matic 17 JEWELS, INCABLOC, and T SWISS MADE T at the bottom edge. The watch is presented on a gold-plated expanding link metal bracelet. The movement is automatic.
