This lot comprises an assortment of British railway-related memorabilia and ephemera spanning the pre-nationalisation and British Rail eras. The collection features two embroidered uniform patches, one displaying the British Rail double arrow logo in silver and red on a navy blue background, and another for Red Star Parcels. Also present is a group of vintage metal uniform buttons, including brass examples with script GWR monograms, a LNER button, and a crested GWR button. The stationery component includes various graphite pencils printed with British Railways and official stock references BR 1301/11, BR 1301/7, and BR 1301/6, a purple BR 1307/7 pencil, and an oversized orange hexagonal pencil inscribed Inter-City’s Trans-Pennine Route.
