A collection of twelve porcelain and ceramic figurines of various subjects, including a large polar bear and a Welsh Tea Party group. The polar bear is finished in a high-gloss white glaze with blue-grey accents on an integral ice-style base. The Welsh Tea Party figurine depicts two seated figures in traditional dress with tall black hats at a table, with the title inscribed in black script on the base. The lot also features several 18th-century style figurines portraying men and women in period costume, including floral-patterned waistcoats and skirts with gilt highlights. These include single figures and small groups, such as a pair of children. Other decorative pieces include a figure seated in a high-backed chair and a small animal figure. The items are constructed from glazed porcelain and ceramic with hand-painted details. Apart from the Welsh Tea Party inscription and an adhesive label marked 1001, no factory marks are clearly visible.
