This lot comprises an extensive collection of vintage toy construction materials featuring two distinct styles of building bricks. The first group includes a large quantity of perforated interlocking bricks in off-white and reddish-brown hard rubber, characteristic of the British manufacturer Minibrix by the Premo Rubber Co. Ltd. The second group consists of numerous small, solid reddish-brown bricks made from a stone-like composite material, in the style of Lott’s Bricks. The assortment is completed by several green textured roofing sheets with a moulded tile pattern and a zip-lock bag containing accessories such as white plastic window frames and small wooden elements. Also included is original paper ephemera consisting of instructional sheets for a Model No. 8 Detached House and cardboard baseboards marked Model 4. The lot is housed in two modern clear plastic storage bins and a zip-lock bag.
