The structures comprise two Deluxe Family Houses: one featuring a red roof and the other a tan-coloured roof, both designed with open backs for interior access. The figures are constructed from flocked plastic with fabric clothing and include various bears and mice, as well as a small plastic dog figure. The extensive furniture selection is primarily plastic, featuring a green lounge suite with floral-patterned upholstery, green beds with polka-dot bedding, a baby pram, and multiple cupboards and sideboards. The lot also contains wooden furniture items, including a shelving unit filled with miniatures, two wardrobes, a small rectangular table, and a sewing table with a spool and ribbon. Specialty accessories include a white toy piano, a black kitchen range, and miniature books. A blue manufacturer’s label for Sylvanian Families is visible on the base of the tan-roofed house, and a green accessory book bears the printed name Sylvania.
