A modernist-style pendant of asymmetrical geometric form, featuring seven bezel-set lapis lazuli cabochons. The arrangement comprises a large teardrop-shaped stone, an oval, a square, a triangular-form stone, and three smaller circular cabochons, all displaying a characteristic deep blue colour with natural mottling. The piece is constructed from an untested white metal with a decorative hammered or stippled texture to the reverse. It is fitted with a large, integrated wide bail for suspension. The design is characteristic of mid-century Scandinavian modernist jewellery, specifically in the style of Jørgen Jensen, although it bears no visible maker’s marks or hallmarks.
