Each sculpture is crafted from a dense, dark-grained hardwood and finished with a smooth polished patina. The figures are set upon integral wooden bases of varying forms, ranging from circular textured bases to a smooth cylindrical plinth for the modernist head. No signatures or maker’s marks are visible on the pieces, although an inventory sticker numbered 07 is present on the base of the angular head.
