An assortment of decorative ceramics including several porcelain and bisque figurines and a limited edition collector plate. The collection features a Princeton Gallery collector plate titled The Joyful Meadow of the Unicorn, with artwork by Ruth Sanderson from the Enchanted World of the Unicorn Plate Collection. The plate is marked on the reverse with the date 1991, the Princeton Gallery logo, and the hand-applied edition number H0547. It retains original stickers noting the plate was crafted in Japan and the artwork in the U.S.A.
The collection of figurines includes a matte-glazed figure of a girl in a headscarf with a goose at her feet, executed in the style of Nao by Lladro. Also present are white bisque figurines of ladies in historical dress, one of which includes a small dog on a metal chain, and a blue and white glazed porcelain group of figures in eighteenth-century costume playing musical instruments. Completing the assortment are white glazed porcelain figurines of West Highland White Terriers in differing sizes.
