A pair of decorative miniature curling stones, likely intended for use as paperweights. The larger specimen is crafted from a light-coloured, translucent stone, possibly onyx, displaying natural reddish-brown veining. This stone is fitted with a curved metal handle featuring a red grip and a circular red leather-like accent at the base of the handle. The smaller specimen is composed of a mottled grey and white stone, resembling granite, with a curved metal handle and a black grip. Both items are turned to replicate the traditional form of a competition curling stone.
Larger stone diameter: approximately 6.5cm
Smaller stone diameter: approximately 4.5cm.
