A brass and glass carriage-style mantel clock, the dial bearing the name of the British company Rapport. The clock is housed in a four-glass case featuring four decorative brass columns, a pediment-style top, and a stepped rectangular base. The circular white dial displays black Roman numeral hour markers and ornate black filigree hands, with the Rapport brand name printed above the centre. To the rear, the mechanical spring-driven movement is visible, featuring a single bell striking mechanism and a lyre-shaped brass pendulum. The movement backplate is stamped with the August Schatz and Sohne SK logo within a circular Fabrik Marke stamp, along with the markings Germany and 2/14.
