A collection of golfing memorabilia and decorative items. The group features a central commemorative shadow box dedicated to the golfers Old Tom Morris (1821-1908) and Young Tom Morris (1851-1875) of St Andrews. The display includes two portrait miniatures, crossed miniature golf clubs representing a wood and a niblick, a central crest with the motto DUM SPIRO SPERO, a relief of The Royal and Ancient Clubhouse, and informational text panels detailing their Open Championship victories. The collection also includes a large silver-plated trophy cup with twin scroll handles, set upon a circular tiered ebonised base. Accompanying accessories consist of a miniature silver-toned figurine of a golfer and a decorative leather golf bag containing miniature clubs.
The group is completed by several framed prints, most of which are presented in matching gilt-edged frames with green mounts. The subjects include various Victorian-era domestic and historical scenes, such as a reproduction of a medical study in the style of Luke Fildes, a man carrying a child, and several interior studies featuring figures in period dress.
