A collection of vintage workshop hand tools housed in a traditional double-tier cantilever toolbox. The toolbox is constructed from pressed steel with a green painted finish and features a single fixed tubular steel carry handle. The interior contains a miscellaneous assortment of tools and accessories including a manual hand drill with a red-painted main gear wheel and wooden handles, and a collection of open-ended and combination spanners with marks including GORDON and CHROME VANADIUM. The set further includes a large adjustable wrench, a woodworking rasp with a red handle, and a junior-style hacksaw with a red frame. Notable vintage consumables include a retail card for Sellotape INSULATING tape, marked as flame retardant and made to British Standard, alongside a red plastic drill bit case with a yellow label marked TAL and MADE IN ENGLAND. Also present are several screwdrivers with yellow and green plastic handles and a small container of fibre tap washers.
