A ceramic spirit barrel of horizontal cylindrical form with flattened ends, designed for countertop use as a dispenser. The body features a central deep cobalt blue band flanked by two white bands, all accented with gilt lining. The central blue section is transfer-printed in large white block letters with FINO and SHERRY in outlined serif characters, set within gilt scrollwork borders. Vertical cursive text in gold on the left white band reads Grants of St James’s, referencing the prominent British wine and spirit merchant. On the right, vertical block lettering states PRODUCE OF SPAIN. The barrel is fitted with a front-mounted metal dispensing tap. No manufacturer factory marks are visible on the exterior.
