A sterling silver multi-stone dress ring featuring a tiered gemstone design. The head of the ring is set with five marquise-cut purple stones, presumed to be amethysts, arranged in a graduated fanned-out pattern. Interspersed between and around the amethysts are small round-cut clear accent stones. All stones are held in individual prong settings. The upper part of the shank splits into multiple fine bands that curve upwards to support the tiered setting. The interior of the shank is stamped with the maker’s mark WMM followed by 925, indicating sterling silver.
