A plaque-style cocktail ring of openwork design, crafted in a white metal with an aged patina. The central section features an oval-cut pinkish-red gemstone collet-set within a raised mount. This is flanked by four small cream-coloured pearls, approximately 2-3mm in diameter, bead-set in a cruciform arrangement. The elongated diamond-shaped plaque features intricate filigree, scrollwork, and pierced circular motifs. The setting transitions into a wide, textured triple-layered band, showing yellowish-gold tones to the interior. Indistinct marks are present on the exterior of the shank near the shoulder, but are too rubbed for identification.
