The centre of the floral motif is composed of several small round-cut garnets, surrounded by a radial border of pear-cut garnets that form the petals of the design. The gemstones are individually claw-set within an elevated, multi-tiered openwork basket mounting. The shank consists of a simple tapered band with split-shoulder detailing. Indented marks are present on the interior of the shank near the head of the ring, though these are not clearly legible in the provided images.
