A large, hand-blown art glass vase attributed to the designer Josef Hospodka for the Chribska Glassworks, Czechoslovakia, dating from the 1960s. The vessel is constructed using the sommerso technique, featuring a deep cranberry pink internal core encased within a thick layer of clear glass. The form is highly organic, with pronounced vertical ribbing that flares into a dramatic, multi-lobed undulating rim. The vase terminates in a substantial, clear glass foot with a pinched, scalloped design. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the piece, which is consistent with this type of production.
Height: Approximately 27 cm (10.6 inches).
