A 20th-century console table constructed from mahogany-stained hardwood in the Chinese Chippendale style. The piece features a shaped rectangular top with serpentine ends and a moulded rim. The apron is decorated with an intricate pierced fretwork design incorporating scrolling motifs. It is supported by four square-section legs joined by a raised X-frame cross-stretcher with a central circular ring detail. There are no visible maker marks, labels, or stamps.
