This lot features two freestanding cheval mirrors of 20th-century design. The first is an oval cheval mirror with a white painted wooden frame, pivot-mounted on turned baluster-form uprights. This item, identified as White Mirror AF, is supported by a trestle-style base with splayed legs and a connecting stretcher. The second mirror is a rectangular example in a stained wood finish, possibly pine. The rectangular frame is held between two turned upright supports and is mounted on a box-style plinth base. This base contains a single full-width drawer fitted with two turned wooden knobs. Both mirrors represent traditional styles common in the late 20th century.
