This lot comprises two Beswick ceramic dog figurines, representing a Dachshund and a terrier. Both figures are executed in glazed ceramic with a high-gloss finish. The Dachshund is modelled in a standing pose with a black and tan coat. It features an impressed BESWICK ENGLAND mark on the underside of a rear foot and retains a green and gold oval foil sticker on its side printed with BESWICK ENGLAND. The German Shepherd, also in a standing pose, is finished in tan with characteristic black saddle and muzzle markings. It bears a black printed BESWICK ENGLAND mark on its belly.
