A decorative sculpture of a female figure, likely a dancer, depicted in a dynamic leaning pose. The figure wears a flowing, ruffled dress with voluminous sleeves and her hair is styled in a high bun. The piece is constructed from a cream-coloured bonded alabaster or resin composite with a smooth, polished finish. It is mounted on an integrated circular base which sits atop a black-finished circular plinth. The sculpture is incised on the integrated base with the signature A. PAOLI, a copyright symbol followed by the year 1991, and the number 1661.
