A collection of UK silver coins from the reign of Queen Victoria, struck in .925 sterling silver. The obverse of each coin displays the Young Head portrait of the Queen facing left, with the legend VICTORIA D: G: BRITANNIAR: REGINA F: D:. The reverse designs feature crowned numerals 1, 2, and 4 set within an oak wreath, identifying the denominations as one penny, two pence, and four pence. The group contains pieces dated 1859 and 1881. These issues comprise both Maundy money and small-denomination silver currency.
