A collection of maritime-themed philatelic material and related ephemera, primarily focused on the bicentenary of the Battle of Trafalgar. The philatelic components feature a UK 2005 Westminster coin cover housing a five pound commemorative crown alongside Royal Mail stamps, cancelled with an 18 October 2005 circular date stamp. Further items include several Gibraltar first day covers with naval and Nelson themes, and loose stamps from Nauru depicting historical sailing vessels. A large sheet of perforated labels displays various Royal Navy ship badges, including those for HMS Sirius, Sealion, and Orpheus. Ephemeral items include a membership certificate for the Naval Philatelic Society issued to R. Crabtree, technical drawings of HMS Victory and the submarine HMS Alliance, and a 1970 England World Cup coin folder. A die-cast model aircraft and a booklet titled Nelsons Last Walk by Dr Colin White are also included. Philatelic items are mostly presented in protective plastic sleeves or folders.
