This collection of golf memorabilia is led by a framed shadow box commemorating the careers of Old Tom Morris and Young Tom Morris of St. Andrews. The display includes oval portraits of both golfers, miniature replicas of a long spoon and a wooden niblick, and replicas of feathery and gutta percha golf balls. Individual plaques detail their respective Open Championship victories and titles. The group also contains a silver-plated trophy cup mounted on a tiered black base and a silver-tone golfer figurine trophy. The smaller trophy is inscribed on the pedestal: TO DEREK FROM DAD / IN PROUD APPRECIATION OF / FIRST AMATEUR HOLE-IN-ONE / VICTORIA G.C. / NOVEMBER 5TH 1955. Also included is a miniature decorative model of a vintage-style brown leather golf bag containing clubs, mounted on a green felt-lined base.
