A collection of silver-plated (EPNS) flatware featuring various spoons and forks in traditional patterns including Fiddle, Old English, and King’s pattern. A significant quantity is contained within a vintage Cadbury’s Chocolate Biscuits tin. Included is a butter knife with a scrolled handle and an engraved blade bearing the cursive initials V.P.L. Table accessories comprise a pair of baluster-form salt and pepper shakers, two napkin rings, a ribbed cylindrical table lighter, and a bottle stopper marked THE CIRCLE BRAND. Decorative items include a cast brass shoehorn with a handle modelled after the Durham Cathedral Sanctuary Knocker and a large brass-toned spoon with a pierced, scrolled handle. The lot also contains two circular metal powder compacts, one with engine-turned decoration and one with a central floral design. Numismatic items include a group of British pre-decimal and early decimal coins, such as shillings featuring Georgivs VI and Elizabeth II. Jewellery consists of fine silver-coloured chains and three initial pendants for the letters C, P, and T. Also present are four rectangular sections of polished banded material, possibly fossilised mammoth tooth, and a small rectangular stand.
