The central stone is surrounded by a cluster of smaller, clear accent stones set in an irregular arrangement. The stones are held in an elevated, multi-claw openwork cage-style setting. The tapered yellow gold shank bears British hallmarks, including the 375 fineness mark for 9-carat gold and a crown symbol.
