A standing glazed ceramic figurine depicting a Hereford bull, finished with a high-gloss two-tone brown and cream glaze. The piece features molded textured detailing on the neck and chest to simulate hair. The figurine is mounted to a dark-stained, heart-shaped wooden plinth, with a small wooden peg providing support to the underside. No maker’s marks or model numbers are visible as the hooves are fixed to the base. The style of the piece is consistent with mid-20th-century ceramic animal figurines, possibly of Japanese origin such as those produced by Victoria.
