An International Harvester employee service award lapel pin, commemorating 20 years of service. This gold-toned metal lapel pin or tie tack features the recognizable stylized “IH” logo. The central “I” is rendered in dark red enamel, while the flanking “H”s are in black enamel, all set within a gold-toned frame. Below the logo, the inscription “20 YEARS” is visible in gold-toned text against a black enamel background. The reverse displays a standard tie tack post with a gold-toned clutch mechanism and an indecipherable square maker’s mark on the base.
